Over fifteen years into a career that has taken me from Super Bowl commercials to indie films, social-first campaigns to ecommerce photoshoots, influencer productions to print, I've learned to make great work at every budget level, from big productions with all the resources in the world to scrappy shoots where you have to get creative. I've worked with Fortune 100 brands, Top 40 artists, and independent filmmakers, producing on the ground in locations all over the world.

Throughout my career I've built and led production studios from the ground up, managing everything from large, multi-producer teams to lean, nimble crews. I have deep experience overseeing producers and post production teams, and I know how to scale an operation to fit the work, not the other way around.

I'm known for staying calm under pressure and leading with solutions rather than reactions. Production is unpredictable by nature, and the people I work with know that whatever comes up, we're going to figure it out. That approach tends to make for teams and clients who enjoy the process.

My experience is vast and varied, and for anything new that comes my way, I research and learn it. I have always loved picking up new skills and that curiosity has kept me sharp across an industry that never stops changing.

That includes AI. I stay at the forefront of the latest production capabilities and have built AI-integrated workflows that are actively changing how agencies and brands approach content creation.

EXPERIENCE


Tiger’s Eye / Executive Producer 2026-Present

Built and now run the production studio at Tiger's Eye, focused on lean, social-first photo and video content for Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and Cooper's Hawk Winery. Developed complex hybrid AI workflows across the full production pipeline and stay at the forefront of AI developments to keep the agency's capabilities current and competitive. Oversee all project bidding and scoping, collaborate on new business pitches, and manage other producers across active productions. Established the full operational infrastructure for the department, including file management systems, DAM, budgeting software, and timesheets. Scale a broad crew network up and down to meet the demands of each project.


Superbloom House (Mother) / Executive Producer 2025-2026

Produced and managed a team of producers across Tyson's full portfolio of brands, delivering high-volume content in multiple formats, aspect ratios, and sizes for both photo and video. Work centered on large-scale international shoots designed for maximum efficiency, often running several directors and photographers simultaneously across multiple brands in a single production. Managed SAG talent, activations, and brand partnerships throughout, while overseeing asset versioning and delivery through Adobe AEM.


Big Spaceship / Group Production Director, 2019-2025

Oversaw all Starbucks broadcast TV production, managing a team of seven producers across up to seven simultaneous campaigns, keeping everything on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard from strategic briefing through final delivery.

Handled the full scope of production admin including tax incentives, cost consultants, and any complex financial and logistical requirements that came with large-scale broadcast work.

Managed 360 partner campaigns with Uber Eats and Doordash, alongside broadcast, covering social, print, and all supporting assets.

Transitioned to Dairy Queen and built the entire production pipeline from the ground up, covering social, activations, broadcast, video, and photography, managing high-volume campaigns with multiple versions across each deliverable.


Google / Freelance Line Producer & Post Producer, 2022 & 2023

Line produced and post produced a series of animation-heavy Google spots, collaborating directly with the brand creative team. These commercials packed in complex storylines and ambitious shot lists, with multiple setups per shoot day, keeping things fast-paced and creatively charged.


R/GA / Freelance Senior Producer, 2019

Produced a social-first four game show–style segments for Planned Parenthood with Caviar and director Alice Mathias, designed to help teens tackle their most awkward health questions with humor and honesty. The award-winning series featured influencer Eva Gutowski and premiered on YouTube Live, racking up over a million views.


D’Addario / Global Director of Production, 2018-2019

Headed up the production department at D’Addario, the world’s largest music accessories company and home to five brands including Evans Drumheads and Promark Drumsticks, plus an education centre and charitable foundation. I led a team of six creatives producing all video, animation, event, and photo content across the full brand family.


Huge / Producer, 2016-2018

Agency produced and line produced projects for P&G, Comcast and Kohl’s, amongst others. Spent two months in Asia producing content for luxury skincare brand SK-II with brand ambassador celebrities. I collaborated with Huge Inc’s subsidiary agency Elephant, on projects for Beats by Dre and Apple.


Kode / Head of Production, US, 2014-2016

Launched and led the New York office for two years, managing a global roster of 15 directors. I secured briefs from ad agencies, brands, and record labels, guiding directors through the pitch process. I presented creative, budget, and schedule packages to clients, then took the reins as executive producer, overseeing each project from green light to final delivery.
